Gary Caron is dedicated to advancing excellence in athletics and racquet sports through experienced leadership, professional program development, and a deep commitment to athlete growth, coaching education, and community engagement.

With more than 40 years of experience in the private club and sports industry, our work reflects a proven ability to lead large-scale athletic operations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and service.

Leadership

Gary Caron

At the core of our organization is Gary Caron, a highly respected athletics executive, coach, mentor, and industry leader.

​

Gary served as Director of Athletics at the Granite Club in Toronto, where he oversaw one of the most comprehensive athletic operations in Canada. His leadership extended across staffing, programming, facilities, health services, and financial performance.

​

During his tenure, Gary was responsible for:

  • 160 employees

  • 240 coaches, professionals, and instructors

  • 11 athletic and sport disciplines

  • Children’s, youth, and adult recreational programming

  • Annual revenues exceeding $24 million

 

His leadership philosophy has always centered on building strong teams, developing professionals, and creating environments where athletes and members can thrive.

  • 4 Plexi-Cushion Hard Tennis Courts

  • 7 Squash Courts (including 2 Doubles Courts)

  • 4 Badminton Courts

  • 8 Curling Sheets

  • Figure Skating Rink

  • 2 Fitness Centres and 5 Group Exercise Studios

Under Gary’s leadership, the Granite Club featured world-class athletic and wellness facilities, including:

The clinic included 11 treatment rooms and offered:

  • Registered Massage Therapy (RMT)

  • Physiotherapy

  • Chiropractic Care

  • Osteopathy

  • Nutrition Services

  • Exercise Studios

Golf & Youth Development

Additional areas of oversight included:

  • An Indoor Golf Centre with 5 Toptracer Hitting Stations, a Putting Green, and Simulator

  • A Multi-Purpose SportsZone

  • A dedicated Children’s Youth Hub

  • KidZone
